I love what I do!

My work is born out of my life experiences, meeting the same challenges that everyone else does, as well as continued study since 1996 and my own spiritual journey and personal development.

My curiosity and fear of dying at a young age kicked off my need to understand the bigger questions in life. Caring for terminally ill parents and many years of working with different organisations like Age Concern and Carers groups helped to cultivate my compassion and understanding. The death of my husband was a very traumatic and a life changing experience. However, it was a great gift of deep learning and love. It also involved me more in the practicalities of life and finding my voice in the world. Through these and many other experiences, like everyone else, I try to maintain a work-life balance whilst honouring the moment.

Life can be challenging, I get that, but different experiences and practices have taught me how these are all part of what it means to be human

They are all natural parts of life, tailored gifts and teachings should we choose to notice and embrace ourselves with compassion.

Giving talks, facilitating a death café or chatting with strangers, I believe, are all part of my journey whether uncomfortable or joyful. Every course and every experience teaches me, supports me and helps me understand more about myself and my body, so I can better understand and support my clients.
